How ugly is it?

    Chrysler/Jeep mechanics!!
    2002 Grand Cherokee, 4.7L Bad power steering leak. Looks like it is coming from top hose. Hose fitting on pump has a strange "cage" around it, like it's meant to not let the nut loosen. Fluid coming from tube inside nut, but nut is tight. what's inside fitting? Is it fixable or do I have to buy entire hose?:Do No: :Do No: :Do No:
