I have a power sterring pum that I want to remove the pully from so that I cam remove the braket. Will I need a puller or will the pully come loose withot one after I remove the nut.

It takes a puller. I'm pretty sure that I had Autozone remove mine when I bought a new one for my 70.

    need a special puller

Borrow one from Advance or Autozone if they have them. If not Harbor Freight has them for less than $20 I believe. Was one of the last specialty tools I bought before quitting the mechanic biz. Not something you need often thats for sure!
