As a first clue the air cleaner decal should have Wildcat "465" on it. Of course the engine code should be checked to verify. The 401 cid engines would often have "445" on them.
Don't forget that "T" code means a 401. Also what year car is it going into or does it matter? Anything that was originally set up for a Dynaflow will need the crank modified to fit either an ST 400 or a SP 400. Larry
It will be going into a '60 LeSabre. I'm going to replace the whole drivline in it (it seems to be easier that way with the torque tube).
Be aware that you will have to do some work to get the 425 to fit properly. The oil pickup and pan will most likely have to be changed to the rear sump like your 364 has. All 425's I've seen have center sump setups. Want to do the same swap to my flattop too. Right now I'd just settle for a good radiator so I can start driving it again. Got an extra?
What year is yours? Mine is a '60 flattop. Nah,afraid I don't, I just got mine 3 days ago and it looks like I might have to replace mine in a few months
Have the same model as you. 1960 Buick LeSabre 4dr HT (flattop). I swapped the 364 out and put in a 401 from a 1960 Electra. Soon to swap out the dynaslush and enclosed driveline and put in a 65 Buick ST400 and GM 5x5 bolt pattern rearend. Just gotta go find one that's relatively the same width.
