The Daily Car Reports do not break down the colors by engine (stage 1, 455, 350), only total number of cars built

    What paint code?
    Burnished Copper " M" = Flint 759 coupes, 113 conv.
    Burnished Bronz "P" = Flint 11 coupes, 0 conv,
    Sorry, no Burnished Saddle

I guess I can share this info since I did get my GS out of Scranton 11 years ago...

    :beers2:

Look at mine under "Member's Rides" here on the board. One of 15 4-speed Stage 1 droptops for 1972. What a gorgeous, drop dead color combination. Upstaged in SW Michigan. The lead is 1 of 15 BTW

I have done some extensive research on the 1972 Stage-1 cars and will be publishing some information in the near future on them. From the information I gathered there were 72 total Burished Copper Stage-1 cars including 27 solid paint cars with the others being either a different painted color top or vinyl tops.
