Found a few turbo parts at a neighbors and I would like to figure out if they are off of a GN. Any casting number links for GN parts? thanks!

i believe 86-87 head casting #'s are 8445.. www.gnttype.org is the place to check out for parts identification :TU:

The pistons, head gaskets, intake, headers and sensors are all that really set a GN 8445/109 V6 apart from a pedestrian NA 8445/109 V6.

thanks for your quick responses! I am looking at a carb turbo intake draw through type, turbo, and carb.

You are talking Before Black stuff there. 78-83. There were only 215 Turbo Grand Nationals produced in '82 and the SEFI came in the black Grand Nationals produced 84-87. Its all pretty much poo for the carbed turbo stuff, it was a decent idea without enough technology at the time. You want a blow through setup whether it be carb or EFI. Suck through sucks.
