How do you remove the sail panels on a 72 GS hardtop. I'm not sure if I'm calling them by the right name, but the are beside the package tray, and extend from the rear window to the side windows. There is a piece of plastic trim around the edge which I can remove easily, but from there, how do they come out? Mine are in good shape, and I don't want to damage them. I'm just trying to replace my package tray, and it looks like these need to come out.
    Thanks

No need to remove them. Lift your old package tray in the middle....causing a bow and it will withdraw from the sail panel edges.
Reverse process to install the new package tray.

My new package tray is the deluxe mesh style with the speaker holes (which are not in the right location to line up with the speakers!) from OPG. It's pretty stiff and has about an 1" that turns up behind the sail panels on both sides. Can these turn ups go in under the sail panels w/o removing them?
Also, my corners are missing and I'm having a hard time finding replacements. Is there one smaller supplier selling these now?

You should be able to tuck the ends under the sail panels. The bottom of the sail panels are not held in place so they should be easy to move.

The package tray corners are available from Duane

Thanks for the tips. I installed the new package tray today by lifting up the middle as you suggested. Everything went together pretty well except for having to trim some depth from the new tray.
Also, I followed some advise I had read on the forum a while back concerning poor fitting carpet. My carpet is new but just did not fit well, and had gaps around the perimeter in places. I ordered a die cut jute pad kit from OPG, and now the carpet fits much better, and it reaches the edges w/o gaps.
I guess I'm a glutton for punishment, as I also Dynomatted the whole floor pan while I had everything apart.
