Does anyone have a favorite throttle linkage set up for a Holley 4150 on a Edelbrock Performer intake? I see several different set ups from Summitt , JEGS and others. I want it to be reliable, simple and look good.

Carb linkage is just a set of levers.... Most people let linkages intimidate them... Any body can work out a set of linkage if they just think, think, think.... first measure, twice, then make a drawing and then start making the parts up... If you use stainless steel, you can buff it up, polish it ect.... if alluminum same thing.... if mild steel it can be painted... be prepared to redo the set up several times before you get it just right and when you finally do , teach some others just how to do it....that way they can benifit from your skill and experience....

    Thanks for the reply
It's interesting to see different opinions. The set up that Larry suggested is similar to what I had in mind. I saw a couple of kits, one sold by Holley and the other sold by Mr Gasket. Might be the same unit. I did think of using some of the brackets I have to come up with my own solution but I've done that a few times already on this engine project and both times I think I eneded up spending more than if I had just bought a kit. I was also trying to save time in order to get the engine installed and on the road before winter. Thanks for the ideas.
