Allright, I need to call upon my fellow GS wizards for help with this. I've got a very original '70 GS 455 Convertible and fortunately all electrical systems work great except one thing: The daggum high beam indicator doesn't work. In looking at back of Speedo (where high beam indicator is), there are 3 bulb sockets I see, so I replaced all 3 and still no difference (no high beam light).
What's the secret here to get this thing to work? It used to, which makes me think it is a bad bulb or bad connection, but open to all ideas. I've checked the wiring diagram, but that wan't much help either. Thoughts and ideas? Thanks for all input.

I don't know how your's is made, but mine has a clear plastic 'optic' (for lack of a beter word) that conducts the light from the bulb to the red indicator in the instrument cluster. Works like fiber optic cord. Maybe it came loose or something? :Do No:

The problem is most of the time a poor dash ground or broken pins that the wire harness plugs on to. I would see if you have 12 volts at wire harness pin for the high beam indicator at the back of the speedometer. You shop manual will show you what pin powers the light. I will look my in my book and see if I can find what pin works the light. I have a problem with mine from time to time and its a ground or connection problem because if I push up on the harness it comes on, AL.

Check the foot pedal wires too.....or even buy a new one.....couldn't hurt. I just bought a new one for mine for pretty cheap.
