Undoubtedly some of you may have seen this, but I feel passionate about 'spreading the word'. I caught a Fox News interview on this today. If you are like me, there are times you feel empathy for someone's 'situation', but can't come up with any definitive, concrete plan to assist. Here we have two young kids who were 'moved' by someone else's dilemma and were prompted to take action, rather than make a couple of 'isn't that awful' comments and then proceed with their 'busy' lives. I can only hope you will join me in taking a few moments to STOP and think of what our military folks are facing while we are sitting around complaining about how much it cost to fill the SUV yesterday. If you have never been isolated from family (specifically in a stressful, hostile atmosphere) with virtually no way to communicate, it may be difficult to understand that feeling.
