    Michael Evans a new project

since it is a parts car.

    1) You could take the steering collum apart and remove the plate that locks the steering wheel (a little time consuming)

    2) You could take a punch of some kind and drive the locking pin in. (this will destroy the locking mechinsem)

    From personal experience-

try various old GM keys that are worn.

My Skylark key would start my cousin's Monte Carlo- it was so worn that it would also start my Formula Firebird.
