first, thanx to all that replied to my intake bolts problem (the bolts ARE holding fine now). i tried to post a thanx but it would not go through. i have a 63 buick special delux with a 215. everything electrical works on the car except when i turn on headlights the gas gauge goes to empty. i suspect its a ground issue. any tips on where (specific) i should start looking? any pointers would be appreciated since i am not great on electrical. thanx!!! Generally there is a ground strap from the gas tank sending unit. Wiggle the connection while a helper looks at the gauge.
