Hi, I have a 68GS400 convertible. Needs some restoration. Could someone help decode what I have found so far? Vin: 446678HI26437 Tag under passenger seat... I had them... cannot find them. Everything I found on the motor was 1968. I will find them when I pull it... perhaps this winter. Same with the rear axle. The frame has to be replaced, Rust... so I will lose those numbers (if they match). From what I have found... 4 = Buick 46 = GS400 67 = 2dr convertible 8 = 1968 H = Flint, MI Thanks in advance.:beer Gil Esterby Mpls, MN 55011 763-434-7900
Y-2 = Cameo cream paint with a black top Trim 178 = back interior 09D = assembled the 4th week of Sept 1967 I will leave the options to others.
Can everyone else see Gil's whole car in the above picture? 'Cause all I get is the windows and roof, and a big patch of blue screen where the rest of the car shuold be. I've re-loaded the page a zillion times...
Pictures Sorry Guys... Noone could see anything but the top... I received a message back saying it is too big! I changed the original and sent another. Gil Mpls. MN
