I don't know if I can help, but....

Have you contacted any driveshaft shops and asked them if they can custom fab. what you need?

I've got a buddy that is hardcore into Jeeps and he's constantly building and modifying some pretty serious off-road rigs with very non-standard suspension and drivetrain configurations. He deals with a driveshaft shop not far from where I live that custom builds all kinds of driveshafts, slip-yokes, etc. to his specifications. If you can't dig up a used replacement, it's probably worth a shot to see if a shop can fabricate what you need. If you can't find one local to you, shoot me an email and I'll see what I can do here.
