Just want to say hello to everyone. I'm new to this forum but I've done a lot of reading (lurking?) here and I've got to say there is a wealth of buick info here. I just bought a 1985 Riviera. She's got a 307 with front wheel drive and she's sure nice to drive. It's no race car and it's not as nice as some of the Buicks I've seen here, but after years of driving four banger buzz bombs it's nice to have a big car with a V-8 again. I've attached a picture of my Riv. I gave $1500 for it last week and its got 90000 miles on it. I did have to spend $250 on a reman carb, but now she runs perfect and everything works. Even the self leveling air shocks. This is my second Buick. My first one was a 67 Skylark with a 340. I wrapped it around a light pole twenty years ago, but it was an awfully nice car while I had it-- the lessons of youth. Nice to meet everybody, Rick Fernandez Colona IL.
