    Hello all,

Just got my Lark back on the road after 1.5 years of sitting. Had fun this weekend, but after parking the car hot, I noticed that the heater core let go.
I mean it really let go - right onto my pass side floor mat. I did a heater core about 12 years ago, and can't remember how hard it was.

Does anyone want to share some tips on making this job as painless as possible??

    Thanks!

Do a search!! There is an easy way by just drilling one hole in the inner shroud. Drill a 5/16 hole in the emboss on the lower right corner of the cover under the dash, and you can remove it without pulling the fender.
The sticky under :FAQ has all the info

Thanks, I tried a search and only got a couple of results. Maybe I am doing something wrong, or I need to search the entire site or...

I will look for that FAQ that you have referred to.
