Guys...how about some input feedback on the subject.. Share with us what works for you and what doesnt!

I have used these products with SUPER~DUPER results....

REMFLEX header gaskets. BEST HEADER GASKETS EVER! Go to them direct save $$... www.REMFLEX.com $42. BUICK 350~P/N 13-005 BUICK 400-455 P/N 13-001

Also, I have used WITH TOTAL SUCCESS.. NORD LOCK HEADER WASHERS...(available thru FASTENAL, Grainger & other dealers www.NORDLOCK.com ) Ingenious design! These locking washers lock against themseffs and NEVER COME LOOSE...until a whole lotta UNtorque pressure is used while removing them... NORD LOCK offers a few different metal material washers ~ Stainless steel is best. Around $4 each but you only have to TIGHTEN THEM ONCE AND FORGET ABOUDIT! P/N "NORD LOCK X STAINLESS STEEL" NLX3/8"sp

Spend a little more now, & You will Thank me later! :beer

    David G de-modded....

I've found Remflex usually cheaper on Amazon than direct. Haven't actually used them yet, should be in the next couple months though.

Cant remember what I used when I did the Riv. I do know everything is still tight. Bought it all as a package from TA. When I did the install I used the orange high temp ATV on both sides of the gasket. Been over 2 years and no leaks yet. Used some sort of composite gaskets on the Regals 455. I check the bolts every so often. They dont leak either.
