I've just finished putting in a set of GS Club headers in my '65. However, on the passenger side, there seems to be a part of one of the primaries rubbing against the frame. Has anyone else had any problems with this, and if so, how'd you resolve it?

    HEADER/FRAME CLEARENCE.

I have not installed headers in that particular application but have installed may sets in other cars. If the headers are not coated or painted, I would use some heat on the pipe in question up closer to the head-then pull the header in towards the oil pan.
(make sure all header bolts on the flange are tight first) If all else fails, the last resort may be to 'relieve' the tube where it contacts the frame. I would think that this would be the very last resort.
