Head bolts or studs

    ARP Head Studs ?

    Is it worth the additional cost to use head studs over the original
    head bolts?

    11:1 CR & up (or forced induction or nitrous) studs are pretty much mandatory, below that they are optional. Always take into consideration that if you go with studs, it may not be possible to remove the head(s) with the engine in the vehicle.
