After discussing options with Total Seal, I will be using the Hastings top and second rings I have and substituting the Total Seal oil ring assemblies. Total Seal indicated that they could build me a ring set with spacers, but it would be costly. I feel like this is my best approach and lets me move on with the build. Thanks all
