Has anyone used an ATI superdampner on their 350

Phil It really *is* a 350...

I’ve got a little fudge money and wondering if it’s worth the investment since I already plan on replacing the distributor, ignition and fuel with an all out Holley Hyperspark and EFI kit I have on the shelf.

I think @gsjohnny1 runs one on his 350 dragster. If I had the $ & didn't care about it looking stock, I'd go for it.

    Fudge money?
Buy a BHJ from JW. No modifications needed, pulleys line & bolt right up. Not cheap, abt $600

Agree - Wasn't aware (or forgot) the ATI isn't a direct replacement.

ATI does and still make a good balancer, unlike some other manufacturers that have sourced out to a lower bidder and went poop. I run the ATI’s on my Oldsmobiles and it’s the same situation for pulleys. Either way you modify something. Either re-drill the Olds pulley for the Chevy pattern,or take a Chevy pulley and open-up the center hole. Unless you’re this guy,you just have your own pulley made.
A few of my BBBs have Fisher and Innovators West, but if there is a BHJ for SBB,it should be a good piece. I need to look into that soon myself.

It's an excellent piece, plus they offer internal, SFI rated, most don't.

had to call ati about the three pulley holes. told them i am running a blower. they said just drill 3 more hole where the other dimples are.
still had to make a crank pulley for the alternator. never ending with changes.

forgot to mention. it sticks out more than stock. not a real issue for me. the s/c upper pulley spacing defines what i need for the bottom pullies spacing.
thought about cutting it back. just a thought.
