Saw this on facebook today. Just wondering if anyone else had ever seen this.

Supposed to add up to 20hp and 20tq to an engine. Unfortunately, years of age/experience makes me suspect another snakeoil product.

LMAO I see no difference nor do I hear any difference in throttle response in the vid of the Holley carb, in actuality, the throttle response seems worse with the turbo fan sprayer thingy, notice how the engine shakes before it recovers, GARBAGE:rolleyes:
Seems to me the fuel atomizes just dandy with the stock pump nozzles, once the fuel gets into the air stream, its all mist.

First impression is snake oil. Reading the website and watching their videos, it appears to do what they say. A Google search gave me mixed reviews. Most said for $40 give it a try. If it works for you, great.

dont see it making quite that much power gains, but can see it cleaning up the pump shot. won't help top end at all, can see it helping smaller motors where the air speed in ventures isn't quite as high

It can't effect horsepower or torque since they are measured at WOT at which time the accelerator pump is out of the circuit. You could make a better one of these with some brass sheeting and brass screen soldered together.

well if won't help make max hp/tq, but it could help make low end hp/tq with a cleaner crispy low end

My opinion is that if this worked the carburetor manufacturer would have built it this way .

I'm not sure I fully agree with that line of thinking. by that train of thought there is no aftermarket parts that are out there to improve the design of a mass produced part.

True, but watch the video after the install, the engine hesitates/shakes/stumbles when applying throttle, whereas it was smooth before.

Seems like another variation of that screen that went under the carb that was brought out during the first Arab Oil Embargo in the early 70's

I installed that screen on my '65 Tempest 326/2bbl. It DID make a diff. as far as fuel mileage but nothing else.

Any product sold via testimonials from ordinary idiots is suspect.

Many product sold via testimonials from "experts" are suspect.

At $40 each, I'll build my own. That's twenty-five cents worth of sheetmetal, plus a quick stamping job. Easy to duplicate at home. I would not use copper or brass sheet, unless you want metal-fatigued sheetmetal dropping into a cylinder.

A buddy (Chevy Truck with a Vortec 5.7 & Holley) just ordered one. I tried to tell him it wouldn't make a difference. I guess he'll have to learn on his own.

well like any product ever built, it can only fix a problem if you have a problem to fix............if your carb it setup spot on and has no issues then I'm sure you won't see any gains, but if for some reason you have one that's not quite perfect......maybe it will help.
