It was not an available color, that's why you don't see any except this one. Long story short...guy wanted black car with gold stripes. Went to Len Immke Buick in Columbus. They said no black with gold...could get gold with black. No way, he says, he'll go buy a chevy. Strings were pulled, car special ordered. Dealer painted the gold upon arrival...red pinstripes were on the car as well as decals, etc. Immke had huge pull with Buick back in the day.
Well I can honestly say Brad you have 3 amazing unique cars and if I ever win big on the lotto you sir will be a rich man and I will take care of those 3 cars for you
That's a cool story, it's amazing what can be done and or changed to keep the customer happy. I love hearing these old stories of weird rare special order stuff or accidental things being put into cars on the line etc. The new age car world is boring, just so plain Jane and robotic.

Brad, I always said I would be a millionaire if I could figure out how to make air fresheners smell like Cam2. You do know that we can only bring the car to MCACN with a 1/4 tank of fuel or less, and there is a little over that in there now, at least there was.........................
