Good use of the "buttonize" feature. :TU:

Looks sweet, bigger sway bars? What did it do?

Thats awesome! Exactly what I've wanted to do with my Skylark since I bought it!

I remember reading a post by Mark sometime back. Much more than beefed up sway bars!!! If my memory serves me correct, he has thousands in the suspension. Curious to know how it did too. Chime in Mark and let us know.

List of modifications to the car

    Mild Cam
    TA Headers
Global West upper and Lower Tubular Front control arms
Wilwood 13" Front Disc Brakes (4 piston)
580 lb spings in the front
Koni Adjustable Shocks on all 4 corners
Metco Motorsports Adjustable upper controls arm in rear
Metco Motorsports Billet lower control arms
17" x 8" American Racing Torque Thrust II wheels with 245/45/17 Bridgstone Potenza SO3 tires on all four corners
Hotchiks Tubular 1 3/8" front sway bar
    Remove rear sway bar

I did not do as well as I hoped I would. The course was really setup for smaller cars and I have too much weight to be competative. I think to be really competitave I need to get the car down a couple inches, put 17"x 9.5" in the front and 17" x 11" in the rear with real road course tires, Stiffer springs in the front. And Fiberglas fenders, hood and bumpers.

Maybe someday I will do a clone GSX and try it.

    Mark
