These lower control arms are actually Southside lift bars, but without the brackets to reconfigure the rear suspension. They can be used as a great replacement for stock lowers, they are a complete rectangle tube lower control arm with grease fittings for each mount bolt, they also have mount holes for a rear sway bar, they are 22 inches center to center. Will work great for racecar launches, and street car stability. $75 shipped to lower 48 states. Gary G.
I don't know what other years they will fit. Need to measure yours center to center. I'll call a friend and see if he can measure his 71 larks.. can't use rear sway with them if not using relocation brkts. took my relocation brkts off and used like stock arms and swaybar wont bolt up due to rear end position. . guess you could drill new holes and sleeve them. just a warning.:TU:
OK, I sent an EMail to a company I found on the internet selling non adjustable lower control arms regarding the lengths, and like someone else mentioned, all the lower rear end control arms from 64 - 72 are 22 inches center to center, per their response. So they will work in 64 - 72 GM A Body. Some mentioned that they had experience regarding these bars and the rear sway bar not working, I'd have to take their word, I never ran these with a sway bar... So who wants them??? ---------- Post added at 06:01 AM ---------- Previous post was at 06:00 AM ---------- OK, I sent an EMail to a company I found on the internet selling non adjustable lower control arms regarding the lengths, and like someone else mentioned, all the lower rear end control arms from 64 - 72 are 22 inches center to center, per their response.
