It comes with the installation kit for the wheel to the column. The wheel part #is 377 on grants website Don’t see why it wouldn’t work on a tilt. My car was not a tilt and I don’t see why it would not fit a 66 as long as the bolts line up ??? you’ll have to do some research. Also like on the initial post has the tri shield horn button
