Curtis I have looked at that one . How long dry time did you have ? How much prep ? I am trying to sell this house and have another one spotted that we want and plan to coat the new shop . How does it react to hot sparks from grinder of burning torch ?
    Thanks , Mike

This one dries in 24 hrs and you can walk on it and store stuff like boxes etc. but it says not to park on it for 7 days. I painted the floor before we moved in.
New house so the floor was very clean.
It comes with an acid wash to clean the floor first. I did this on a Saturday, painted the floor on Sunday so it would have plenty of time to dry.

The hardest part of the process is throwing those damn specs around... actually not difficult but more stressful than anything else. I like things perfect and tried to get them somewhat even.. some of my floor is nicely covered, others its in clumps.

I never had torch sparks on it, but sparks from a grinder didn't affect it, just swept them up.
I've spilled gas, trans fluid, oil, brake fluid, acetone, paint thinner and nothing has affected the floor. Easy to wipe up.

Thanks that sounds like what I am looking for . U-coat-it is good but about double that price . If i am able to get the house we are looking at the shop floor is real clean , no oil spots or paint , so the etching process so go pretty easy . Since needing the cure time I will be able to do that before we move in and not have to move my equipment around to paint floor .
