Got a new shop coming!

    Well , I am re-financing my house. While I am at it, I am gonna borrow enough to build a new metal shop on a slab. Probably about 24' x 30', nothing huge. Just enough to put my baby in, with all my tools and junk. Can't wait!

    I may need to build a bigger building..............:mad:

    Sounds like reason enough to spring for a parking-garage! It will pay for its self in the next 200 years!:bglasses:

    hey Mark don't forget to do the radiant in floor heat when you pour the slab. Don't want you doing this:Dou: :Dou: :Dou: to many times. might cause drain bamage:grin:

    I started with a 32x40 and after 2 years I added another 16 feet to it so now we are 56x32 My suggestion is to make sure of what you want then save room for an addition later (It never hurts to plan ahead!!) :Brow:
