Good place to get gaskets and other engine parts??

Time to go shopping!!
I was wonder were a good place is to buy the following for a
67 Skylark V8 300ci 2bbl

Intake Manifold Gasket
Valve Cover Gasket
Thermostat and Gasket
Carburetor Base Gasket
Wires
Plugs
Rotor
Dist Cap
Points
Condenser

I was thinking NAPA or CarQuest. There is also a Buick dealership not far from me too.

It's been such a long time since I dealt with car parts that I really have no clue were to get this stuff anymore.

You can never go wrong with NAPA. Even if they have to order it. And it arrives the next day.

 

Most places will carry at least two lines of products. The cheap stuff and the quality parts. Be sure not to get the cheap stuff.

You can search Rockauto and AutoZone websites for reference on what is available for your application. AutoZone website will sometimes offer 6 or 7 different brands for one item. If you order over $100.00 the shipping is free to your door.

Of course when you go to any of the stores they will tell you that motor never existed:laugh: Happy hunting.

I'm going to try NAPA first. And yes, I'll get the quality stuff.
