Darn tennis elbow anyway! Whats that tech term...RMS or something. Seems my tendons have tore in my left arm. I've had limited to no grip in my left hand since Dec. Anyway, I really need this to take. So keep me in mind.

Maybe make it to the Nats on the 5th?

Dan I hope the surgery goes well. I had tennis elbow for a few years and then I got cortizone shots in the elbow a few times and after a few months it finally went away. Have you had the shots? They hurt real bad but it takes the pain and inflamation away.

Good luck with your surgery! Be VERY mindful of the restrictions/exercises they give you afterwards, and I'm sure everything will turn out great.

    Thanks Guys and Gals.

I had two cortizone shots. First one took for like three weeks. Second one didn't. I think if Id'a learned the proper way to strech the tendon when the injury first started, I coulda fixed it.

OK....this may sound silly, but I'm really really mad about this. I know there is so much worse that could happen and all. But I'm really angry at having a "failure" like this. Not mad at God or nothing like that. Just mad. Some of youns ever have that going on? I dunno, maybe I forgot to thank God for all the times when everything worked right. I do that waaaaay to much. Kinda ranting here, but this is a new experiance for me. Thanks for the Prayers!!!!

    Hey Dude,

Hope all goes well for the surgery, you'll be in my prayers. Anything in the elbow sounds painful!

I can understand the anger. Especially with my relationship with my dad and such... I'm not mad at God (at least, I don't think I am), but ever since I've discovered my shortcomings, I've become an angry young man. I wish it didn't take so long to deal with these things, but sometimes it feels like an eternity!

    Anyways, God bless, bro!

Dan, If you are resting after the sugery you can look forward to Steeler training camp starting and then the regular season. That might make you feel a little better.
