gn 200 4r codes

anyone know the trans codes for the 200 4r's from the grand nationals ? have a line on one,but would like to know which ones are the best to look for.

brf is the code youre looking for, also available in monte ss' i believe

Hey Ken,

I'm interested in doing this swap also in my '66 Skylark. I talked to a performance shop in Edmonton and he quoted me around $950 plus the convertor for a 200r4.

As for the GN units, is it just the valve body that is different from the others? Can the valve body be purchased separatly and transplanted into another tranny?

I'm looking for the Hot Rod article they did on this swap into a '67 Skylark, if anybody has it scanned.
