My gas gauge at some point a couple of years ago went to full and has never moved since. I have replaced the standard dummy gauges with factory gauges and this did not solve the problem. I then replace the whole sending unit inside the gas tank, made sure I had a good ground and this did not help. Is my wire from the sending unit to the gauge cluster????? Thanks Todd
You must have a bad ground or broken wire somewhere. That circuit is shunted, which means without continuity of the circuit, the needle will get full power and go to full.:bglasses:
