fuel line wanted

  1. I'm in need of the steel fuel line from the fuel pump to the carb, for a 350 w/Qjet. I can pick up a new one from Year One, but thought I would check here first, in case anyone has a spare they don't need? It needs to be complete with fittings. Thanks!

I'll add it to this weekend's "shopping list". If I find one, I can send it along with your wheel.

  3. Thanks Greg, let me know how much if you find one in good shape. :TU:

Make sure to look at Fine Lines. I believe that is where YO gets thiers from.

  5. Hey, thanks for the tip! They have steel listed at $20 and stainless listed at just $25, cheaper than Y/O. Are there any reasons NOT to go with stainless steel for this line?

Stainless lines are the way to go. They will look perfect ofr a long time.

remember yearone has a 20% off sale running now.

  8. That still leaves them a bit higher than Fine Lines steel line, and I'll bet YO frt charges are higher...

  9. Well, I tried to order a stainless steel line from them on Friday afternoon on their website, but kept getting error messages. So, I called first thing Monday a.m. as they had just closed office hours at 5 Friday. Apparently there is only 1 person there that can help me, and I've been waiting for him to call me back since 8am Monday. I've tried to call him 3 times in 2 days, and he is always on the phone it seems. They've been a big disappointment so far. I'll be a bit po'd if 2 lines show up here.

Sorry to hear that your having troubles. I think that they are a small operation. Got all of my lines from them on my '69. The stainless lines are a bit harder than the steel, still can tweek them if you need to for the fit.
