I need ideas on how to move up from 5/16 line at the fuel pump and filter to 3/8 at the carb. Just switched to a Edelbrock 1406 carb with 3/8 inlet.

    Any ideas?

Also, does anyone make an adapter for the aircleaner, 5 1/8 to 4 1/4?

    Thank

I got My Carb adaptor at NAPA. It is plastic, not super sturdy, I glued mine on to the Air cleaner base with silicone, this makes it much easier to work with, much less likley to drop (or get trashed by fanbelts & fans) or lost. I guess I'm a little crude, Rubber fuel line lets Me add an inline filter handily and takes care of those fuel line diameter problems. Just use good clamps, check for tightness regularly (at every oil change) and replace the hose about once per decade.
