I'm trying to get the car all ready for Etown this sunday, Nov 8 I have a conflict and am unsure if I"m going to that event yet. A good friend of mine is having a 30th birthday party.
This stuff is killing me. Man, now I have to start saving. What a sweet setup. I'd like to drive my car everyday. Well, everyday the roads are dry. 17.5" slicks and standing water aren't the best of friends.
Next track day is set. Wensday Oct 28, Atco, private rental. I'll have 8 hours to hopefully dial the car in and run an 11.xx that is the goal I've set. I'm also hopeing to be able to click off an 13.xx on motor.
I just read through the installation instructions and aside from building the proper fuel system (running the lines), this thing looks incredibly simple to install. For me, I have decided that this is a "must have" before I try to turbo my car. Seems like a "no brainer" to use this instead of a blow through carb.
You will have to get more complicated to deal with the turbos, the $1600 Retrotek setup will not work.
well looks like i'll be getting this for the 300 if and when i find it clears the toyotas steering shaft/rod
Track rental was rained out this past wed, I"m trying to figure out if I can make the rain date or if I will make it to the track for a different date. Otherwise nothing new.
