Hi all, I bought this from Auto City Classics and had it shipped to my sister outside of Portland, OR. She can't find a way to ship it to me that doesn't cost the world. I can't even ship it back to Auto City for less than the cost of the tank itself! I don't have a picture of this actual tank, but it hasn't been out of the box. Here are some pictures of the same tank on Ebay. It has a 10 year warranty. Looking to get $200 for it OBO. It looks like I will order the niterne one from Rock Auto. I sure wanted the stainless one though. I am thinking someone will have to pick it up from Vancouver WA unless you have a better shipping idea. What a disappointment for me! I really don't want to deal with the Greyhound thing and I can't imagine shipping to Chicago would be cheaper than shipping to Minnesota so.... i'll pass on this Ed. You're probably better off just selling it locally to recoup as many dollars as possible. Sorry....
Ed, maybe there's another member that has a big load of parts or bought a complete car and is going to ship it to AUS in a container that you can maybe put the gas tank in and piggy back on their load? Throwing them a few bucks ofcourse. Just a thought? Maybe put up a post on here, you never know!
