Will some goodyear P275 60R15's fit in the front of my 71 buick 225 without rubbing too much? They are a little less than 1 inch lower profile than the stock tires but about 1-2 inches wider. I plan on adding a set of those on some steel chome plated 15x7 wheels for the stance of a sports car and way better handleing of the 4700lbs. I am also adding monroe sensatrack shocks which are a bit tighter than the cheap 9.99 shocks. And in the near future will be adding pst front and rear sway bar's each over 1inch in diameter so I really need a matching wide set of tires and I am hoping one of you will tell me the tires I have on the rear will also work up front. Oh well if anyone knows the answer let me know thanks. I am not going to buy a different set of tires i'm just going to buy two more of the type on the rear and some 15x7 wheels.

I've got 255/70/15's on my '71 LeSabre, with lots of room....but I think you'd have to mount one and see.

Any good tire shop oughta be willing to do that if it'd mean a sale!
