Lower aluminum alt. bracket for non AC car. Tab is broken off where alternator mounts. Should be easy to repair, or it works like it is.

Send me $10 and I'll ship it to you.

Can you explain the tab broken thing? Alt still will work as it is without repair? I'll take it if it will work like that. I haven't seen one, so I don't know what you mean by that.

    Thanks.

Once you tighten the lower bolt everything pulls up snug, and you would never know it was broken at the bottom.

Also. I have an upper chrome bracket that worked fine with my setup, but did require a longer belt. Throw in a couple of extra bucks and it's yours too.. The chrome is nice, unlike my pics..

I wouldn't mind having the chrome bracket if no one takes it.

Sweet I guess you have someone that can weld it up? If not the guy that welds aluminum at our Firedepartment shop can do it.

    Mark got it..

Here's a good idea mark. Take the chrome bracket and lay it beside the one you have and shorten it to match. All yiu have to do is cut it off and drill a new hole. That way you can use the stock belt..

I think my body shop guy can weld the aluminum. I'll check with him. I'll check the length with what we have, when we get the engine here to set up.

Shorten the chrome bracket to match the original size too. Just drill one bottom hole and cut off the rest. It will be easy.

    Oops already said that.. Nevermind..

BTW, I put it on on a USPS donkey today.
