Free, just pay shipping if you can't pick it up. It is a rebuilt stock torque converter for a T400. It came with the tranny when I had a local tranny shop built it a couple of years ago. Only used for initial breakin. It has been sealed since the moment it was removed. It is not used, it was like I said a rebuilt one that the tranny guy talked me into buying instead of a stall converter. That is what I get for having a Mopar racer do my tranny! Anyway, I do not know what the stall is, only that he said it was a stocker. Post here, PM me, or email me if interested. I would ship it UPS or alternative if desired. JW will be coming here in a few weeks so if you are by him, maybe he will bring it back for you! I live in the St. Louis area. Brian :)

  2. Brian, I might have a use for that at some point. Is it spoken for yet? Jim is only a few hours from me, so it would be easy for me to pick it up if he could bring it back to Mnpls.

Hi David, it is yours if you want it. Jim should be here in a few weeks so you will have to ask him to do it. I will let him know that you are going to ask. Let me know if you change your mind! Brian :) :)

  4. Thanks Brian! I'll contact Jim right away. I expect I'll be moving to a T400 eventually, with a 455 in the works, pretty much a street car, don't know if it will see the track or not.

BTW, do you know if the convertors are specific to 350 or 455 engine use, or are they interchangeable?

Good deal! One less thing out of the way that I will never use. You might ask Jim about that one, I think it mostly depends on what kind of torque the 350 puts out in relation to a stock 455. Brian

  6. Brian, I checked with Jim, and he said I would be better off with my 350 converter with a 455 instead of a stock 400 converter, for a performance application. I'm expecting my 455 to perform a little... :) Anyway, if someone else wants your converter, let 'em have it. If no one speaks up, I might take it off your hands when Jim gets to your place. He's not sure when that will be just yet. I'll keep in touch and watch here.

OK, I will let you know if it isn't gone by the time Jim comes down here. Converter is still up for grabs if any one is interested! Brian

    that won't fit a th350?

  9. Yes it will, according to JW. I don't need one for my TH350, I was thinking further down the road when I have JW build my 455, and going to a T400.
