Free Parts?

I have recently acquired a 1972 Electra Custom 225.
It is the four door model with 85% being rust free.

The front end is in excellent condition, could use paint and some surface sanding but no dings! All the glass is perfect, The dash has one small cut underneath easliy repairable.

The fender scurts could use a little sanding but are not bad.

This car will be going to salvage!!!

All I wanted was the motor and tranny. If I can help any one with parts please let me know.

Let's see.....


1. Wiper Switch
2. All dash bezels (left, right, and center)
3. Dash Clock if not fogged
4. Headlight Bezels with chrome rings
5. WHat color is the steering wheel and what style is it?
6. Overflow tank? (what condition?)

What is the rear end ratio? I would love the ring gear and pinion if they are anything better than a 2.73.

 

You might wanna post this in "pay it forward."

 

OK, my wish list:

1. If it's white interior, I need some door panels. I'll look in the catalog to see if they're the same as for the Centurion.

2. Rally wheels; especially the center caps.

3. Oh, and bumper padding for the front. I think it's the same.

The headlight bezels and rings are good so I will pull them for you. The dash stuff i haven't looked at yet but i will get it out this weekend for you. The steering wheel is like an olive color and it is the 3 blade T style if you know what I mean.

The overflow tank I haven't looked at yer either but if it's good I will pull it and will post for you on Saturday 11/15/03.

The interior is an olive color.

The wheels are steel with the Buick Motor Division caps.
All the caps are in good shape.

The front bumper padding is good.

I have been putting in long days and have not been able to acess the computer.
