After adding the electric fans, the engine did not want to start after the engine ran for any length. I was thinking the alternator went out but after looking into it I found out the batteries were not charging for some reason. I bypassed the main battery saftey switch (it is almost ten years old) and the motor will start right up now. It turns out the switch was limiting amperage to the starter and keeping the batterys from charging even though there was not any resistance present. New switch on the way.
