My ex-wife's Sister recently passed. She had an extensive collection of late 60s/early 70s 45s. Most of them were Motown. I hope, if they were still in her possession, that her son knows better than to throw them out. On another note, in around 1973, I was looking to buy a Camaro. I called on an SS396. It belonged to the keyboard player for Jr. Walker. He was looking to buy something with better fuel mileage because he was traveling so much.
"One Piece at a Time" - Johnny Cash Great song to wrench to. Wife bought me a custom sign for my garage shop that says "Joe's Shop - One Piece at a Time"... I think she may be a keeper.
When My Little Girl is Smiling --The Drifters (1962). Written by the husband and wife duo Carol King and Gerry Goffin --produced by the equally fabulous, Jerry Lieber and Mike Stoller.
