I bought a flywheel on Ebay a year or two ago and I would like to know if it is really for a 65 Skylark GS 401 four speed application. I can't find any numbers on it or other special markings. Can anyone help me ID this flywheel? I would really appreciate it as I don't want to have it balanced to a crankshaft and then findout it is for a different engine. Thanks in advance,

For starters, make sure it has the extra hole to align it to the crank flange.
Tooth count or diameter is important too. BBC will bolt on but is a slightly different dia.

I have one off the car for comparison, just have to locate it!

Yep, that one looks like mine, just wanted to make certain it isn't for an older nailhead, or findout if there is some other way to make certain it is correct. It does look like the one on Ebay.
