Guys, I need some assistance obtaining some parts I purchased. A member of the board posted parts for sale here. After working out some details, a money order was mailed to him.....Now, the seller has been avoiding me. I have used a few different methods of contact, and have had no luck ...... His shop is: G-Machines Inc. ---- Greg(ory) W. Lawson 816 11th Ave W Bradenton, FL 34205 (near Tampa) 941 565 - 3838 He has been in his new shop for about 5 months now. I would greatly appreciate any assistance a member could offer. As I just want what I paid for !! It's shocking this is going on. The few times we talked, he was real nice over the phone and stated he attended the Buick Nationals for many years???? I will work with anyone who would stop by his shop and pickup my parts.................or at least find out what might be going on here !!! (I would really like to get my parts out of his hands.) After contacting Jim Weise about the transaction which occurred on his board, his next step was to ask for some help from some members of the Buick Community. Thanks in advance, Jeff

Well..I dunno if this helps or makes things worse....Greg bought a posi unit from me 10+ years ago...I delived it to him for free...it took NUMEROUS phone calls FOR MANY MONTHS to him, his Mom, and well after 2 years, he finally paid me in small increments. Im an hour south. I dont know, the converging power play, getting back my stuff, thing I get an OJ simpson feeling. LOL. If hes got your stuff just call the cops, or call his mom. or post an ad where he will see it for some unbelievable local deal that he cant pass up, then when he shows up to get the item tell him you want your stuff back.

theres two sides to every story. Showing up at the guys place and busting knuckles will not look good in court. Just call his mom and find out whats up or serve him with a small claims action. When you go to his place and the guy shoots you with a shotgun and claims self defense because he was afraid for his life and gets off scot free, you may have some regrets. ...

All one of you has to do is stop by and ask him what the story is.. No need for threats, a posse, or intimidation. For all anyone knows the guy is in traction at the hospital.. I doubt it, but you never know.. things do happen. It may just be as easy as driving over there with a pickup truck, and picking up the parts.. I know there was a hood, and some other pieces.. JW
