Floor Shifter is clacking

Hi you can see my Problem on this video . How i can fix it?

I'm thinking the 2 bolts that hold the chrome shifter handl to the actual shifter mechanism are loose. You will have to take the console up off the floor to gain access. If memory serves me the 2 bolts are a 3/8 headed bolt and secure the handle to the floor part..Red Arrows...
