Re: Ok, here goes!! Sam, you're right about the British Saturday night comedies. I really learned to like "Waiting for God" too. My wife's parents always had to watch them every Saturday night when we would visit for a weekend. My wife would groan, she'd had to endure them for years, but I enjoyed them anyway. I think there are 3 different programs on in a row on Sat starting at 10 here.
NO MAAM = National Organization of Men Against Amazonian Masterhood:TU: Who can't get behind that.o No:
Definelty gotta say Seinfeld, Simpons, Married With Children, and That 70's Show. As far as the other side of the ocean, Are You Being Served is a great one. So are Keeping Up Appereances and to top them all, in my opinion, Faulty Towers!! For those who know what I am talking about with that last one, just think about the episode with the German tourists. Man did I laugh!! "Whatever you do, don't mention the war."
I second, fourth, tenth whatever M.W.C. When I was dating my wife I asked what favorite sit-com was. She said "Married with Children". :TU: :TU: :TU: The lock was when I asked her favorite movie..."Dumb and Dumber"...so I married her. :Brow:
When I was a kid I couldn't stop watching The Dukes of Hazzard. When TNN had it on a few years back it was a blast to watch again:grin: And who can forget about Daisy she was hot:jd:
I've seen every episode of DUkes, I love em. The best part is you dont have to use your brain to watch them, you know. AHAA:spank:

Well, JEEZ! It took long enough before somebody mentioned it... Barney Miller. Awesome bit of character development and the weekly walk-ons were some of the weirdest characters on TV. Oh, and The Young Ones.
Man, I can't believe I forgot the "Young Ones" on MTV.Gotta love Fish on Barney Miller and the wannabee detective. You know, the little short guy.
I loved Hogan's Hero's, but are you sure you want to open that film can of porno worms about Bob Crane?
