    Hello all,
just wanted to post an update for the fast idle/rich running problem I was having. Sorry for not getting back to all of you sooner but I have been really busy with the family the past month. Anyway, first I want to thank all of you for the great advice. I think it was Cliff R. who suggested taking off the 1" spacer I had on the intake. That was the ticket. Once everything was buttoned back up I was able to adjust the choke fast idle speed and then the curb idle speed. The choke came off the fast idle cam properly and the rich condition cleared up quite a bit. I have a vacuum gauge on the intake and I was getting a reading of about 5. There must have been some type of vacuum leak with that spacer because after I removed it the vacuum went up to about 15. I am hoping to take it out this weekend for a trip upstate. I'll let you know how she runs.

    Thanks again guys, Mario.
