Fargo man buys 2 million Mopar for a driver

  1. Even if it's 1 of 9 and a desirable car, I can't see anyone plunking that much money down for a classic muscle car. I want to say it's a bs story but at the same time I'm scared to think it could be true!

I've seen hemi cars going in the $100k range but not $2mil. It's just too much and would be a waste of money in my book. Then again I would never want a collector car because I'd want to modify it too much and ruin the value.

    David G de-modded....

Keep in mind, this car is in West Fargo, ND. Not LA or NY or Chicago, etc. If he's lucky, he'll be able to take it out on the road about 5 months out of the year, and probably won't go into rush hour traffic. Not that we don't have our share of moron drivers around here, but I expect the owner will be careful about when and where it's on the road.

I'm not personally familiar with the owner, never heard of him. But if he's got it at the show here this weekend, maybe some inside info on the $$$ can be had.
