Would a 72 stage car without AC use a 5 blade 20" fan and a fan clutch? Would having heavy duty cooling have the clutch? I've read but get cross eyed at the many ways things were !
Yes. The 5 Blade 20" is correct with a fan clutch for all 71-72 Stage-1 and any 455 with heavy duty cooling. Stage-1 cars also used all AC pulleys and the double alternator pulley even without AC. Long nose water pump as well should be used.
