Okay, earthlings. I have had a sense of humor up to this point.

This summer two idiots have hit my car with theirs.

One rock was thrown at and hit my car

One car door was bounced off my rear quarter

Now I find a dent in my hood this morning.

I will make the next person who %*@#s with my Buick disappear. Playtime is now officially over.

Perhaps you should consider relocation as an alternative to jail:laugh:

    Seriously though...
I too would be very PO'ed if my car had been treated with such disrespect.

I would remove the " I - heart - Osama" bumper sticker from your car.

That may help turn things around.:Do No:

All joking aside, that really sucks. Your luck is bound to improve.:)

You have street parking though. Street parking and nice cars don't mix often.

Myself I have a driveway but giant acorn trees around me.
All of my cars have dozen of dings n dents from them. Its like WW3 when they start drooping. You hear them start falling 90feet up and it like a bomb coming. You just duck n cover and hope you don't take a direct hit.

The problem is you have a nice car, its a damage magnet. I should know, my pile a junk caprice was never dented, dinged, or damaged by anyone other than myself (it had it comin, it was born a chebby) however my Apollo (granny driven with 26,000 original miles) has been though a high speed accident, ran off the road into a field, and plenty of other stupid garbage that a car of its caliber never deserved. Not to mention the fact that the '67 LeSabre I recently bought has been the victim of a Garbage man who dragged the recycling bin across the rear of it. I'm really sorry to hear about your car though, people don't apriciate anything with class. Scumbag maggots :blast: :blast:!!

Hope all goes well for now with your Skylark,
    Patrick

I don't know if I'm progressing or going backwards with the improvements on the car. I've also got an unexplained bump on my hood, this happened about a week ago. A week and a half ago someone stole my stereo. About a month a go, a steroid victim had a fit and punched it on the fender. Close call.....
Then there's the mechanical maintenace.. $$$ I'm sometimes kidding with my girlfriend that I'll sell it and get a 96' Cavalier instead. She's always screaming no no no, so I guess I'll keep it.

We were all wondering when you were gonna crack Chris. You took that girl hitting your fender a little too well.

what kind of alarm do you have? them ones that can detect people even before they or objects touch it are cheap now. Most times you can just add it into any alarm system.. That and a 2 wide angle cameras would take care of you. You could spend $700 easy but have the most annoying car that went off if you ever get near it but also took your picture.

have you tried to pop it out yet?

    Alarm?

This is Boston. Nobody, not even the cops, flinch or even care if a car alarm goes off. Just last week, two kids broke into a car across town. The owner ran out to the car, and the two kids were sitting in the car as the alarm went off.

They said, "we're just looking at your car". All a car alarm does in this town is annoy everyone, including the owner, and invite anyone who IS damaging the car on purpose to really put the hurt on it

Nobody really wants to steal the car for parts, and I disable it so that you can't start it (really disable it, not just the old coil wire trick, even if you hot wired it from under the hood or broke the steering column it still wouldn't start) at night.

Only one of my misadventures ever happened while parked in Boston. The rock was in a suburb, as was the girl who hit my back bumper, and this new dent looks like it's from a football or something, so I don't think it happened here. the only trouble here was that silly girl who hit me.

I can probably pull the dent out with a suction cup. No paint damage, for a change
