I am considering selling these original 71 tail lamp lenses. They were cleaned up with plastic polish, and the silver repainted about 8 years ago. The main structure of the lenses are solid, no breaks or cracks. The clear reverse lenses have tiny cracks or scratching, does not look to be through the lenses. See pics., Cars sells repo lenses for $109.00 each plus freight , . I would say for original they are very nice. I just want some opinions on a fair price for resale.
OK, I'll take a stab at this hopefully without offending anyone. Original lenses are nice to have but since the clear reverse lenses have the feather cracks they're not very desirable unless someone wanted them for a survivor type car. Just one guy's opinion but I'm guessing you might get $40 apiece for them max.
